  • Illustrations with a complex perspective

Terms of Service
General
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Please provide clear references and a detailed description of your idea.
Payment
Payment is accepted via Lava.top.
A 50% upfront payment is required before I begin working.
The remaining 50% is paid after the final preview is approved and before the full-resolution artwork is delivered.
The final high-resolution file will only be sent after the full payment is received.
Process
Estimated turnaround time is 1 week to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the commission.
I will regularly send work-in-progress (WIP) updates during the process.
Major revisions are available during the sketch stage.
After the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments can be made.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel the commission before I begin working for a refund of your payment.
If work has already started, the refund amount will depend on the completed stage of the artwork.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. If this happens due to disagreements or other circumstances, you will receive a refund corresponding to the unfinished part of the commission.Copyright & Usage
The copyright and authorship of the artwork always remain with me.
Personal commissions are for non-commercial use only (profile pictures, wallpapers, personal printing, social media, etc.).
Commercial use must be discussed in advance and requires an additional fee.
You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature (if present).
You may not use my artwork for NFTs, AI training, datasets, or any machine learning purposes.
